As I stared at this image I found myself following objects that led to other objects, then up a vertical shape, across a walkway on a bridge, down a ramp and back to where I started.

During my 2021 fall foliage expedition in the Appalachian Mountains of North Carolina, I followed a trail down under this bridge on the Blue Ridge Parkway. It’s interesting to see the architectural features of the bridge integrated into the surrounding rocky mountainous landscape.

Where’s the Glass Cleaner?

I was walking by when the reflections of the wine glass and sunglasses caught my eye. It wasn’t until I looked at the image later that I realized that the wine glass, the window glass, and the sunglasses all needed a good cleaning!
