I captured this lovely butterfly koi at my local water garden center. Though the water wasn’t a clear as I would have liked, it did produce a darker tonality with some assistance from a polarizing filter.

The Mountain Farm Museum, adjacent to the Oconaluftee Visitor Center near Cherokee, NC, is a unique collection of farm buildings assembled from locations throughout the area. Most of the structures were built in the late 19th century and were moved here in the 1950s. See more compositions from my Mountain Farm Museum Gallery.
