Anglers fishing on a sandbar, accessed by boat, between Oak Island and Holden Beach, North Carolina in the Intracoastal Waterway. As the incoming tide starts to consume the sandbar, I found the aerial wave/water/sand patterns fascinating. I looked up wave theory, it goes pretty deep (pun intended)!

Along the Akershusstranda pathway, under the Akershus fortress, next to the Inner Oslofjord in Oslo, I found this cool boat vignette. Pipervika stands as a well-liked district within Oslo, forming a connecting link between Aker Brygge and Akershus Fortress.
While processing in Lightroom, it became difficult to settle on one of many composition possibilities. Like my November 27 “Composition of Compositions” post, I decided on composing and posting the composition of compositions version.

Ísafjörður is a fishing village in the Westfjords region peninsula of northwest Iceland. It’s known for its dramatic landscapes and large fishery. With a population of about 2,600, Ísafjörður is the largest settlement in the peninsula.
