Well I finally got to go back to one of my favourite places to take pictures. It really is a fascinating place to visit. You really get to see how nature is clawing it’s way back from being a dumping ground. Far from being an eyesore this place seem at one with it’s lot. I hope to share some of my shots with you in the next few weeks. In the meantime you can see some shots from my earlier visits here

Mt Hood

Mt Hood is one of the most majestic mountains I’ve ever seen.  Like other mountains Mt Hood likes to make it’s own weather and it can be difficult to get a good view of the peak.  Despite what it looks like, there is less snow and ice on the top than anyone can remember.  SMB-Photo.com

I realize in the John Carpenter movie adaptation of the Steven King novel “Christine” they used a 58′ Plymouth Fury but this 57′ Chevy is just “Bad to the Ba..Ba..Bone” also.

Alamo Auto

Alamo-1042 copy

I found this car in Alamo NV just before I lost my own car. OK, Joe. I want the year, make and model. And anything else you can come up with. Anyone is free to join in. Give me your best guess. There are no wrong answers as I have no idea what it was and will accept any response! (Is that a sneaky way to get comments? You bet.)
