I don’t know about you, but I often take a picture that I wonder what appealed to me at the time.What caught my eye. I think I’ve seen some sort of shot before and there is this flash of recognition and I try to record the image I have seen in my head.
It maybe the lines in the shot the way the windows and the wooden doors contrast with the brickwork. Or maybe it’s a kind of symmetry my mind eye sees…I’ve no idea what it is this shot it just appeals to me.

Nature has a lot of colors. Even black and white! Some gulls resting on top of an iceberg. The black color comes from lava ashes covering the ice.
