I absolutely love visiting this waterfall despite the crowds. You can actually see the falls from the interstate so everyone stops. Despite that it’s one of the most beautiful and iconic sights in Oregon. There is beauty out there right under your nose every day. Don’t forget to stop and smell the waterfalls. SMB-Photo.com

I had a two week vacation in Hawaii this summer. I remember cliff jumping in Kona last time I was there so I went back to the same place to see if I could get some good shots of the locals. In typical island style the locals were all really nice to me, especially when they realized that I would send the pics that I took. I’ve always been a sucker for silhouettes so when the sun started to set I was able to get some great shots. This almost looks like three shots stitched together but it’s actually three different guys getting ready to jump. You can see more of my shots from Hawaii over on SMB-Photo.com.
It’s rare that you get a moment without people everywhere at Lahaina Banyan Court Park. Getting up early does have some perks. The tree was planted in 1873. The banyan tree is the largest in Hawaii and one of the largest banyan trees in the U.S. It’s aerial root system covers 0.66 acres.

This is the part of LA that people forget about, which is just the way I like it. Peaceful trails through the fog in the Santa Monica mountains. No people, cars, cell phones or Starbucks; perfect.
