Hello from Nags Head, North Carolina! You may have heard that just a couple weeks ago, there were several shark attacks along the Outer Banks of NC. We’ve not seen one fin yet, though.

This little fella kept my shutter finger busy. What a cutie!

It had been a long day on the campaign trail. 100 Doors Knocked. A community picnic attended. A late night dinner with the campaign team.

As I walked to my car, many hours after the day had begun, I was struck by the sight of the streetlight shining through this tree.

And it made me breathe deeply, with satisfaction.
