A boy runs in the surf during the golden hour at the beach in Santa Monica. Â While the rest of the country is busy shoveling snow and trying to keep warm, those of us in SoCal are suffering through a drought and unseasonably warm weather. Â And by suffering I mean enjoying playing in the surf in late November.
