After capturing the image for my post last week, I decided that for the month of May I wanted to focus on long exposure photography. I tend to neglect my ND filters and need to use them more often. For this week, I paid a visit to a beach on Lake Superior during a very windy day. This abstract image is the result of a 60 second exposure with a 10 stop ND filter at ISO 100, 45mm, f 11 with my Fujifilm GFX 100s.

According to the files in the monochromia folder on my disk, this is my 100th post here on Monochromia. It’s amazing how quickly the time has passed. I’m still glad to be a part of this great community of talented photographers and lovers of monochrome images.
So, I looked for a very special image to celebrate this anniversary.
