The weather was gorgeous on October 21 so my husband and I put the pups in the car and headed to Ocean City, MD to walk the boards and eat Thrasher’s French fries. The boardwalk was active but not crowded, people were enjoying themselves while staying safe and the smell and feel of the salt air were invigorating.

Black And White Photography, David Jensen, PhotographyUnder normal lighting, this boardwalk is pretty tame. However, with a little post processing, it becomes a bit more sinister.

Black And White Photography, Emilio, PhotographyNothing says home like a hot dog. A Nathan’s hot dog. I swear, even though I’m a vegetarian I might take a bite of one if I was back there. I never made it to Coney Island when growing up but there was a Nathan’s on Long Beach Road that we would go to every once in awhile. A huge cavernous building which was never very crowded, as I remember.

The pier lights our carnival life forever
Oh love me tonight and I promise I’ll love you forever”
