A late fall fog and bare trees create an eerie feeling on Keene Creek.

An overcast sky and open space creates a simple background for the buoy in the harbor.

It’s looking like November is going to be about images captured at Navy Pier in Chicago. I guess that shows just how much potential material was available while visiting there.

Peeking through an arch under a bridge that crosses the Mississippi River.
This was captured using my Nikon FM, then I shot the negative with a DSLR for editing in Lightroom.

This is an image that was shot with my Nikon FM, then developed using Cinestill 96 at home. I scanned the negative with my Fujifilm GFX 100s using a Loawa 100mm 2X Macro lens. The sculpture is located in Duluth, MN. I had issues with the film not rolling properly on the developing spools and lost all but a dozen images out of two rolls of 36 exposures. The survivors had interesting artifacts as part of the issues.

After experiencing another laptop crash, I went looking for some files in the hope they had not been lost. The files are intact and in the process of searching, I came across this image taken with my Nikon FM film camera for a class project. I believe the goal was to emulate another image, at which this mostly fails, but I still like the image for it’s odd composition.

Another image shot on my Nikon FM for a film class. I found this old tractor seemingly abandoned in between corn fields. Such a shame for this classic to be wasting away in a field, as though it had been put out to pasture.
