If you stand around Edvard Munch’s painting of the Scream for more than a few minutes you will see endless tourists do this in front of it. This Japanese guy was playing to the crowd. Watched by nervous security guards and… me.

One of my favourite places to take pictures (Not the ones on the wall I hasten to add) are art galleries people stand for ages and stare, and think. I do too. However I do find the people more fascinating than the paintings at times.

This is one of two matching sculptures which stand on each side of the river. They emanate angelic sounds like a choir singing even at this early hour (04:30am) of the morning. In the fog it seems very alien.

The Twist up close and personal. Even though a lot of this art gallery’s content left me wondering why bother to collect it. The Twist itself is a wonderful building to my mind this was the real work of art I’d come to see.
