For my second Monochromia post I selected an architectural shot. I took that image of the iconic Flatiron Building (aka Fuller Building) back in 2018 when my wife and I visited the Big Apple on our Silver Wedding Anniversary trip. NYC is full of great architecture, and architecture is a great fit with black & white photography.
More of my photography can be seen on my blog “Streets of Nuremberg“

Wow, Marcus. A real unique view 👍👍👍

Awesome image Marcus 👍🏻 The Flatiron is one of my favorite buildings in Manhattan. I photograph it every time I am in NYC. My favorite restaurant Eataly is across the street from the Flatiron and across from that is Madison Square Park which is always a great place to people watch and grab some images. Next time you are in NYC let me know. I’d love to meet you and buy you a cold one.

Thanks, Joe, so much appreciate your kind words! It would be awesome to meet in person. We love Eataly too. We have it here in Europe too.

I had no idea there was any restaurant concepts like Eataly in Europe Marcus.

There is one in Munich, and there is one in Genoa. I‘ll post some pics next time I‘m there 😉
