Please excuse me dear reader. This is my 2nd shot of William I have uploaded to Monochromia. I hope being a Grandfather for the first time gives me a little leeway.
I always think that is is amazing to see such small hands that look quite old. I shot this wide open and I was really pleased with the result

Take all the “granddad” photos you want. I totally understand – we were married 50 years before our first grandsons (twins) showed up. There is nothing quite so wonderful as grandchildren. Congratulations!
