Yeah, there was a New York meetup this past weekend which I could not attend. That didn’t stop some 15 or 20 contributors to Monochromia. They all met in New York City and drank themselves silly. Some even took photos. Well, not to be outdone, and in the spirit of the meetup, I ventured out to the Las Vegas Strip to the New York New York casino, took some pictures, and had a beer.
Here you go, guys and gals. Bet you can’t tell this is not really New York City. Especially if you’re still hung over!

Oh you are such a fibber Emilio there were only 5 of us and yes there was a lot of drinking but contrary to what Han thinks we went to great lengths to achieve a 50/50 balance between drinking and taking photos 🙂 Even though you weren’t here physically you were here in spirit Emilio. Your image is outstanding and one would think maybe you were here but just didn’t tell anybody, LOL. Awesome work my friend.

Well, with mine that makes two drinks and two photos. I suppose it could be worse.

Only 5? I thought I saw a photo and there were about 10. OK, I’ll take your word for it. I was there in spirit? What kind? Wine? Beer? Or something a bit stronger?

I’ve seen not many photo’s yet, my guess is there were more drinks than photo opportunities.
