It almost seems a shame to post this in monochrome as the colors change depending on the weather and time of day. Then again, this gorgeous sculpture by Jon Hair is a beauty no matter how you look at it.

The leaves continue to fall, and then to whirl around my carport, never idle. Meanwhile, my much loved bike has not moved in over a week. My camera too, has not seen much action.

How does life get in the way of things that we love?

Each morning I walk by and feel regret … but also hope … soon I will feel the wind in my face and the camera in my hand.
