I loved the way the light was backlighting this mother and son semi-silhouetting them while talking things over in the NYC Public Library. Patti and Stacy this reminds me of what a great day it was.

My wife and I thought it was adorable how all of these sisters were dressed alike and daddy bought them all ice cream. I wish I was quick enough with my camera to capture the fifth sister just to the left of the baby stroller. Notice the sister all the way to the right is fixing her hair beret but keeps a close eye on her sister holding her ice cream 🙂

Two Nikon SB-700 Speedlights were used at a 45 degree angle to the lens to freeze this water drop (you can see the highlights in the image)

Fujifilm X100T – 1/20 @ f/2.8 – ISO 200

Fujifilm X100T – Time Exposure – 58 seconds @ f/16 – ISO 200
For this image I used a Hoya ND400 (9 stop) neutral density filter and also used the 3 stop internal filter in camera for a total of 12 stops exposure reduction. It was quite windy and the bay was white cap choppy so I thought a time exposure would make a better image and smooth the water to a glass like state.
