In the Nederland’s you are never far from a bike. They are everywhere. This one has either been stood here a while, or is being used as decoration. This I believe this explanation more than the latter.

Excellent image David 🙂 Looks like a decoration to me but I’m surprised the bike isn’t painted with some psychedelic scheme like they do in NYC. Awesome work.
