Another favourite from our trip to Kistefos this wonderful sculpture by IIya Kabakov.
I must say that I can identify with this sculpture, more than I would like to admit.

The Twist up close and personal. Even though a lot of this art gallery’s content left me wondering why bother to collect it. The Twist itself is a wonderful building to my mind this was the real work of art I’d come to see.

…Beast of the Hedonic Treadmill by Fredrik Raddum. For some unknown reason this one made my smile. I hope it does you to in these strange times.

This is a heavily visited attactraction in a national park about an hours drive from our house. Although it looks really oldies not that ancient really; it was built with stones from the beach in 1932.
I had to do a fair bit of photoshopping to remove the people but the end result looks ok to me.

One of the few artworks that really made an impact on me at Kistefos was this one.

Another shot taken on a table top during self-isolation. I used my wristwatch again and was thinking product-shoot. As you may have noticed the secondhand is in motion. I’m glad my friend let me borrow his Macro lens before Covid -19 raised it’s ugly head.
Stay safe and well my friends.

Trying to be creative in these days of self-isolation. I used my Lego 50th anniversary Lunar module as subject matter for some table-top work.

I thought this might be a bit of fun to try. I work mate lent me an old sigma 105 mm macro lens which can be manually focused on my new Nikon Z6. The shot is the back of my wristwatch. 275 parts of Swiss precision meets Japanese technology.

Meet my son. Unlike me he is a professional cameraman. I took this last Thursday evening at an event we attended together. I took along my new camera I liked this straight shot of him so much I decided to share it with you.
