Thank you, LB 🙂 Oddly enough, this was on a slow day at the pond. I was looking for frogs, and this little bloke was the only one there, lazying in the sun. He was nice enough to lie still there while I took several pictures from different angles. This is the weird thing about macro – nine out of ten times a specimen will move away before you even have time to approach, but there will be one that stays still long enough for you to record it.
Wow! how long did it take you to capture this (to be in the right place at the right time?)
