Awesome image David 👍🏻 This place looks like it’s a very efficient design. The tiny home craze thats sweeping across the USA is forcing “out of the box” thinking about efficient designs that require a minimum of space for people to live comfortably in a small space. It’s exactly the opposite of the huge “McMansion” style homes that people are selling because they are realizing they don’t need that much space to live. Now if the local municipalities would catch up with the times and revise their building codes so more people can build smaller homes. I’m pretty sure the last time I checked the building codes in my town the smallest new home anyone is allowed to build is around 1000 square feet.
