This is a lake so the water level is pretty constant so my guess is the dock is either sinking or it was intentionally built this way to make it easier for people to board the aluminum rowboats that the park rents in the summer months.
Joe, what a great shot! I don’t fish, but I can see myself sitting there with a book (and a beer of course). Is the water high or the dock sinking?
