For several years I’ve been driving past this old shed and on this snowy October day finally stopped and photographed it. As I waded through the knee deep snow I chastised myself for not doing this before we had an early winter storm. But, it you don’t go, you don’t get the shot.
More of my images can be seen at Northern Visions Media.
Looks great! Walking thru that snow was worth every step. 😀

Love this shot! You know – you were not to take this photo – until that day! 😉

Awesome shot David 😀 I am always on the hunt for buildings like this. What is it about broken down buildings that makes us photographers go nuts ? Do you think we might have some explorer blood in us ? 😀 Wonderful work.

I think it could also be that they represent the passage of time. There’s a bit of us in these structures, slowly decaying over time and eventually surrendering to natural forces.
