Thank you very much Laurie 😀 This was by the entrance of the Dahlia garden at Bayard Cutting Arboretum. I guess they took some wilted flowers and placed them in a bird bath to perk them up. Most if the sunflower shots I took were also at Bayard where they have planted acres of organic garden and people can pick raspberries, blueberries or fresh flowers and purchase them.
