I have been following Dan’s photoblog for quite some time as well as his wife Cyndie’s site (who just so happens to be one of our guest contributors).  I was also thrilled when Dan and his wife accepted my invitation to join Monochromia. He is a Red Wing Minnesota based photographer and I love his work. It would be great to meet this “dynamic duo” couple in person one day – Joe

    I don’t remember this image from the first time around, Dan. There are so many things to like about it, but what draws me in the most is the history, the story, what the image represents.

    This is just a beautiful image Dan its right up my alley. Wonderful clarity, exposure, composition and processing. I really hope to meet you and Cyndie sometime in the future. Until then I wish the both of you a Happy and Healthy New Year 🙂

      Happy New Year to you as well Joe. We’d love to meet you some time. We are planning a trip to Ireland in the Spring with a stop-over on the East coast; not sure where just yet.
