Fuji X100T and WCL-X100 Lens – 1/60 @ f/5.6 – ISO 250
This image was taken on the front porch of Sagamore Hill, the Long Island home of the 26th President of the United States, Theodore Roosevelt. ย This gentleman patiently waits in a rocking chair for the house tour to begin.

Love the atmosphere in this beautiful shot Joe! ๐

Oh, the serenity of this shot is just so wonderful, Joe! And the composition is fantastic, from the shadow of the chair on the deck to the lines of the railing and the stripes in the awning. You have such a great eye! And, of course, I love that it’s your Fuji with the conversion lens ๐

Thank you so much Stacy ๐ The light was very harsh in this image so thankfully the awning diffused it a bit. Its one of the few times I used the wide angle conversion lens.

I’m loving the wide angle, Joe! I don’t think I’ll ever take it off ๐

I think I was here, once. In my youth. I don’t remember an awning though. So, maybe it wasn’t. Either way, nice shot. Did you sneak up behind the man?
