I’m so glad you are documenting abandoned buildings. While sad, they show the architecture, thought, and money that we used to put into old buildings. Now, we just build crap much of the time.
That is so true Laurie we do build crap now 🙂 When you think of all the extremely old buildings in the UK, Europe and the rest of the world still standing you realize just what kind of crap we build.
Woah! It looks like you’re sending photo’s back from the apocalypse. Where do you find these giant decaying buildings? Very gritty and cool Joe. You won’t catch me in there though 🙂
Thank you very much Boomdee 🙂 Terry and I would love to go to The Old Fort At Niagara in New York because that place is supposed to be really cool (and supposedly haunted and she’s really into that). I’ve just recently gotten into taking these urbex (urban explorer) images in the past year, I seem to have gotten hooked. These places are getting harder and harder to find because they knock them down too quickly once they are vacant. Are we going to see you in DC ?
I always have fun watching those TV shows where they walk around in the dark asking spirits to be known, but then when they hear something it’s mayhem, LOL I don’t want to call on any ghosts, no siree Bob.
I got word from Alys last night when we Skyped that you and Terry were going to try and hook up with us in DC ! That’s just so awesome Joe! We’re getting close to a concrete schedule of where and when we can make that happen! Really looking forward to it all, Cheers buddy! x K
