Really enjoyed this one Joe. While time marches on, it standing still on the hill. Those look pretty old.

Thank you very much Boomdee 🙂 Some of these headstones in this cemetery are from the late 1700’s.

What a fascinating place Joe, and a beautiful shot of the stones in line with their long shadows.

I’m so glad you took my advice, Joe, and processed this as a b & w. That just shows what kind of man you are, humble enough to take anyone’s advice! You remind me of a young fellow I once gave the same advice to. He was complaining about the color quality in his images and I said to him, “Ansel, no one likes a whiner. Try black and white for once.” Well, you know the rest.

I’d forgotten that one of the images from the post on your blog was B&W. I was so taken with the colors in those images, but this one is great , too. Especially with those shadows!

Joe, fantastic shadows, great composition with the one out-of-line marker, wonderful clarity – I really like this photo a lot!

Thank you very much Stacy 🙂 The out of line marker caught my eye first then I noticed the shadows.
