Another stop on my recent trip out west was at the Crazy Horse Memorial in the Black Hills of South Dakota. I was there in 2019 with two of my grandchildren and we were all in awe of the scale of this project. If you haven’t been there, I highly recommend it a visit. The Face of Crazy Horse

On my recent trip to the Black Hills of South Dakota I had the opportunity to go up to the work site at the Crazy Horse Memorial. At this time, the most complete feature of the sculpture is the face. work is on going on the pointing hand and it will be several generations before the memorial is completed. When it is finished, it will stand as the largest sculpture on the planet.
