Tartu, Estonia. The city where my alma mater is. A place with a lovely soul and a  wonderful spirit. University and students are the heart of Tartu. ‘The Kissing Students’ statue on Town Hall Square is thought to characterise the romantic and spontaneous student life.

Labyrinth Park, Barcelona.

The park Labyrinth of Horta is the oldest garden in Barcelona. Horta is a district of Barcelona close to the Collserola. Started in 1791 by the Marquis of Llupià, landowner, it was completed in 1802. It was ceded to the city in 1967 and opened in 1971. The photograph is a view of the temple of Italian style with Tuscan columns and containing the statue of Danae, mother of Perseus.

Madonna On The Mountain

This Madonna and child stand on the top of a hill 3,347 feet above sea level. Just over an hours walk will get you to the top of this mountain. As thanks for your pilgrimage you get to see this wonderful statue of the Madonna Child.
