Where has the time all gone to
Haven’t done half the things we want to
Oh well, we’ll catch up some other time

I do so miss her. I just ran across one of my photos I posted in 2019 in her memory. I only knew her virtually, but could feel her authenticity. I love going back to her photos on instagram for inspiration.

Thank you Angeline 😊 Patti certainly was authentic, what you saw was how she was. I met her in late 2014 which was about 5 months after we started Monochromia. When I went into Manhattan to meet her we met at a Starbucks around Columbus Circle and from the first few minutes of conversation I felt like I knew her forever. From her impersonation of how a typical New Yorker talks (Patti had an Australian accent) to her sense of humor she made me feel like we had been friends our entire life. My trips into Manhattan have slowed down lately due to age but each and every time I walk out of Penn Station the first person I think about is Patti who used to greet me with a giant smile.

I see we also follow each other on Instagram. I’m @xtjoe 😊

So good you were friends who had met each other! Yes, I realized who you were on instagram, but knew you wouldn’t know who I was because of my nickname, Suze. But now I hope we keep up on instagram. I admire your work.
