Oh my gosh! I don’t know whether or not this looks cold or normal for January in Oslo, but I can tell you it looks positively arctic to me, living in Houston, Texas.
Having said that, it’s a wonderful shot ā a lone figure plodding through a cold, snowy night. Very evocative.
