    Excellent image Andre ๐Ÿ˜€ I can’t tell you how many of these little buggers went bad on me. Its SSD’s all the way for me now. Great work.

      ๐Ÿ™‚ thanks, Joe
      I also use SSDs now in my notebook. But, in my NAS and my server I still have HDDs assembled to RAID clusters.
      Up to now, I didn’t lost any data by a head-crash or any other kind of defect. Most of the time I put the HDD away because they became too small. I started with a size of 20MB – yup, mega byte – long, long time ago. ๐Ÿ™‚

            oh – ok ๐Ÿ™‚
            NAS = network attached storage
            SSD = solid state disk (a form of hard-disks in modern computers)
            HDD = hard-disk drive (an older kind of hard-disk with movable parts in it)
            RAID = redundant array of independant disks (an array of disks combined to serve as 1 logical disk to prevent dataloss because of a failing single disk by distributing all data over all disks in the array – usually used in servers and NAS boxes)
