I don’t know much about the all American Chevrolet car, but I love this shot of the couple going out for a ride. The man wearing his cap amuses me and I love the shiny body of the car full of reflections and the real chrome on the bumper. It’s great in black and white!
Such memories…we only had one car growing up and it was shared by many…if it was your turn for the Sunday ride you were in heaven…ice cream was usually involved.
Awesome! Driving Miss Daisy for sure 🙂

There’s so much nostalgia in your photo and in the song. My grandfather wrote the song and it’s nice to see people haven’t forgotten it.

oh wow Sheila, that is just crazy…for some reason that song has stayed with me for years. How great that your grandfather wrote it!
