A very hot day in South France / 1995, Kiki was refreshing herself in the garden.
Pictures were taken with a Nikon 801 / analog – pure chance pictures,
because I had just arrived that moment with the camera in my hand.

For pure chance, just fantastic! I’m certain I would have still been figuring out what settings to dial in and missed the shot completely 🙂

These are great – wonderful contrast and I just love how the water is frozen in the frame.

For a few seconds I thought the Ice bucket challenge had reached us here at Monochromia :0) The water looks frozen or made of glass at this speed . Great shot

impressive for such a spontaneous shot (impressive even if it wasn’t spontaneous!)

Great shots Joerg 🙂 Nothing better than soaking yourself with cool water on a hot day.

Soaking yourself in Sam Adams? Probably not a good idea with Joe around. Could get embarrassing, him licking you!
