“I go out every day.
When I get depressed at the office, I go out,
and as soon as I’m on the street and see people,
I feel better.
But I never go out with a preconceived idea.
I let the street speak to me.”

I did not know of Bill Cunningham, but that quote tells me the kind of person he was. Thank you for the introduction

Thank you so much Joe! This was my first sighting of Bill, in his natural element on the corner of 5th and 57th outside Bergdorf’s after Hurricane Sandy hit the city. A true man of the street!
