When last I visited Utah, during a cross country trip with my son years and years ago, I had to choose between the Utah parks. I picked Capitol Reef, which was incredible. Hope to return to see Arches.

Thanks, Laurie. We were able to hit Arches, Capitol Reef, and Goblin Valley in 4 days (we stayed two in Arches). in 2009 we traveled through Canyonlands and Monument Valley and lake Powell and a few other places in a week of driving. The best vacation I ever had! Beautiful country.

Thanks, Carolyn. There had been a slight drizzle on and off all day. Then as we were going back to our car, the clouds started to part.
