Other than fellow contributor Laurie I have been following Elina’s blog for the longest time. We have become very good friends and I hope to make the trip to Finland and meet her in person one day. I love the way she sees things and her resulting images. She definitely has a “stop and smell the roses” style and notices the beauty in everyday objects that most people would walk right past – Joe

    Elina, I happened across your wonderful work well before Monochromia. I was delighted, but not at all surprised, to find out you were a “founding contributor” to Joe’s fantastic brainchild. Your work inspired me then, and continues to do so now. I remember this image well and being bowled over by the fabulous point of view!

I think back then you had just started up with your blog and photography and it’s been wonderful to follow your journey and your photos becoming exquisite!       So are so right Emilio. When we all agreed on this I thought “wow piece of cake all I have to do is repost some images”. When I started the process I quickly realized it was going to be difficult sorting through all of the wonderful images everyone has posted.
