On Route 66, just outside of Kingman AZ where summer daytime highs reach above 90 °F (32 °C) frequently, but rarely exceed 107 °F (42 °C). It’s nice to have old time air cooling. Just throw open a window and watch the curtains stand tall and firm whenever a breeze refuses to blow.

Artistic treatment works well with this one Emilio!

Thanks, Mike. Without the added texture it was pretty flat looking!

LOL, Emilio! An image well suited for black and white processing, especially the almost-eerie feel you gave it. Would I stay here? Um, probably not ….

Thanks, Stacy. You are right in that it was a bright clear blue sky that day. I should have gone inside to check it out but didn’t.

Great image and processing Emilio 🙂 I would imagine a breeze refuses to blow quite often. Great work.
