Boston marked the second anniversary of the 2013 marathon bombings on Wednesday, April 15 with a solemn remembrance that included a moment of silence, the pealing of church bells and a call for kindness.

This has been such a terrible life-changing event. Martin Richard was only seven at the time of the bombing and when was forced to leave life. His sister lost one of her legs. Such touching images, Susan. My deepest thoughts go to those people who had to experience this and to those families whose lives will never be the same. Thank you for reminding us.
