I was sitting on a bench in East Hampton, Long Island waiting for my wife to finish shopping and I saw this little girls father reach out to grab her hand before crossing the street. It was such a sweet moment I had to capture it.

Wha a great, emotive shot. I remember when I was a kid, my father would guide me across the street with a hand on the shoulder. I really felt no wrong could come to me when he did that.
