Found at an old gas station off Route 66, not far from Kingman AZ. Joe will have to help with the make and model. There was nothing readable, no logos either, on this abandoned truck.

Thank you, C.S. I’m no longer on WordPress, though I just did a guest post on the blog Monochromia. But that’s why I haven’t commented recently.

Yeah, sort of like me. OK, not the beautiful part, but definitely dirty and grimy. Lately, at least, since retiring. Lynn’s been keeping me busy around the house, in the yard. Never thought I’d miss the office! 🙂

Awesome image Emilio 🙂 This looks like the dashboard of a Chevrolet pickup truck circa 1952 – 53. Keep these great images coming, wonderful work.

I re-read the interview of you that we did a while back because Jane Lurie just commented and it showed up in my reader. Those were fun days. And I like that you mentioned you post whenever you feel like it. I was trying to stick to a schedule and maybe that’s what made it feel too much like work. I haven’t posted for a few weeks now and am enjoying the freedom of not having to reply to comments and feeling compelled to comment on others sites because they commented on mine. But I do miss the camaraderie that was felt. I might start it up again, I’m not sure yet. Kiss Terry for me. I miss her, too.
