Beautiful shot. Isn’t it odd that the second balloon for some reason has a completely different kind of reflection? Maybe mist in the air a bit higher up or something?
Who would have thought that a picture of hot air balloons (which are usually so full of color) would be so wonderful in B&W?! I love that the stripe on the balloon seems to be a part of the shoreline – it allows my eye to travel ’round the picture without coming to a stop. And the reflection? Just lovely. Great photo, Alex!

Great capture, Alex. These balloons are usually so colorful I never would have thought to try it in b & w. But it works beautifully!
